A new futuristic weapon getting tested by the Navy. it's a destructive weapon. In the demonstration Thursday, Navy engineers fired the electromagnetic railgun at what they said was a record power level: 10 megajoules. Railguns use electromagnetic energy to launch projectiles ( more than 200 nautical miles ).
