The Grand Prize includes the following: (a) round trip first class (subject to availability) airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to an Atlanta, Georgia area airport; (b) round trip airport transfers between the airport and hotel; (c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two people (one room) at an Atlanta area hotel for two nights; (d) Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) spending money (for Grand Prize Winner only); (e) the opportunity to meet Elizabeth Cohen (all based on scheduling and availability of talent); and (f) two autographed copies of Elizabeth Cohen's book "The Empowered Patient."
